Spotlight report on attitudes, respect and rights virtual workshop

This free workshop offers separate sessions for landlord leaders and case handlers to discuss the recommendations from the Housing Ombudsman's Spotlight report on attitudes, respect and rights. Published in January 2024.

By the end of the session attendees will be able to:

• recall the recommendations from the Spotlight Report on Attitudes, Respect and Rights
• assess the impact on both the resident and the landlord of poor practice
• identify what attitudes, rights and respect lessons can be taken from a case study

Workshop sessions for landlord leaders will also discuss how the recommendations from the report are being implemented in your organisation.
