Learning from complaints webinar with Housing21
Join us for this free webinar for social housing landlords hosted by our Centre for Learning. This session is part of our ‘learning from complaints’ series.
We’re delighted to be joined by Housing21, who achieved a 41% reduction in their maladministration rate in our Annual Complaints Review 2024-25.
In this session, you’ll hear how they:
- learn from residents’ complaints
- took steps to reduce their maladministration rate
- improved their approach to complaint handling
You will also hear from Housing21’s Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC). They discuss what they are doing in their role and the oversight that they have of complaints at the organisation.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
