This 2 hour virtual workshop explores what good complaint handling looks like and why it matters for both residents and landlords.

This workshop is an opportunity for landlords discuss how the recommendations from the report are being implemented in your organisation.

By the end of the session attendees will be able to:

  • recall the recommendations from the report
  • discuss how the recommendations can be implemented
  • identify the impact of poor knowledge and information management on a resident based on a case study
