At this first forum of the financial year, we’ll discuss:

- acting based on self-assessments
- engaging and involving residents
Housing Ombudsman, Richard Blakeway, will also be there to answer your questions.
The floor is open for discussion, sharing ideas, and your suggestions. Your questions and ideas will help shape how we support you this year.
Only appointed MRCs can register for this event. When you sign up to the Learning Hub, we will ask you to tell us your role. This event will only show under MRC resources.
