Housing Ombudsman’s statement in response to ‘Strengthening Consumer Redress in the Housing Market: Summary of responses to the consultation and the Government’s response‘ –

“We welcome joining up between redress schemes to make it easier for residents to find the right Ombudsman.

“We look forward to taking part in the Redress Reform Working Group to be established.”
