Action from your landlord could include:
- contacted you
- a visit to your home
- inspection/survey carried out
- completed some/all of the repairs
- apologised to you
Where possible we will work with you and your landlord to resolve a dispute.
We may make orders or recommendations to the landlord to put things right, based on our findings. It is helpful to let us know what you would like your landlord to do to put things right.
This could mean telling the landlord to:
- pay compensation
- apologise
- review its policies and procedures
- complete any outstanding repairs
