Landlord performance reports

We have published our 2024-25 individual landlord performance reports. They include landlords with 5 or more findings determined between 1 April 2024 and March 2025. 

For a detailed explanation of the data in the reports, read our guidance. 

We’ve not created reports for landlords with less than 5 findings. If a landlord does not have an individual report or does not appear in the table, we made no formal determination for them in 2024-25.
