Join our CPD certified workshop for landlords. We’ll discuss the Spotlight on Knowledge and Information Management report and the associated recommendations.
By the end of the end of the session attendees will be able to:
- recall the recommendations from the Spotlight on Knowledge and Information Management report
- discuss how the recommendations can be implemented
- identify the impact of poor knowledge and information management on a resident based on a case study
