Spotlight on damp and mould virtual workshop

The aim of this CPD certified workshop for non-tech landlord staff to discuss the implementation of the recommendations from the Spotlight on damp and mould reports  and one year on follow up report.

By the end of the end of the session attendees will be able to:

• recall the recommendations from the Spotlight on damp and mould report
• discuss how the recommendations can be implemented
• share good practice examples of how you are dealing with damp and mould

The Housing Ombudsman Service telling landlords how to deal with damp and mould.
