Workshop

MRC Connect: Regulator of Social Housing (RSH)

Audience: Member Responsible for Complaints

How do complaints act as an early warning sign for future issues within regulatory compliance? What are the ways you can use these complaints to learn and spot upcoming trends? We’ll be joined by Jack Smith, Assistant Director, Assessment and Tenant Engagement at the Regulator of Social Housing for this session to look at how the Member Responsible for Complaints can identify these signs to improve service delivery.

This session will be split between a presentation from Jack and time for pre-submitted and live questions from the floor. You can submit your questions in advance.

Please note this event is for MRCs only.
