MRC Connect: MRC POV Angela Lockwood OBE

We’ve gathered Member Responsible for Complaints from different sizes and types of landlords to answer the questions you’ve never asked and share their unique experience.  

In these 45-minute sessions we’ll take questions from the audience as well as pre-submitted questions. If you have been wondering how things work for MRCs in organisations similar to yours, sign up for the session you’d like to attend.  

Once you’ve registered, you can submit questions in advance and we’ll select a representative sample to be asked live.

Until 2024 Angela was CEO of North Star Housing Group based in the North East, a role she held for 15 years. Angela has spent her entire career in social housing and is a FCIH and holds an MBA. She has extensive NED experience and is currently a Board member at Riverside and Mears PLC. At Riverside Angela chairs the Customer Experience Committee and is the MRC.
