MRC Connect: Hearing your residents

We have lots of conversations with our MRCs about how to create and maintain a meaningful two-way relationship with residents. In this session Jenny Osbourne, chief executive at Tpas, will share insight from their resident members alongside Sonji Nurse, who is both an MRC and a resident of a social housing provider.  

We’ll hear from Jenny and Sonji, followed by time for Q&A where they will be joined by Linda Levin, an MRC with 43 years of experience in the sector with a focus on resident engagement and empowerment.
