Learning from further investigations webinar with Wandle

We’re delighted to welcome Francis Burrows, Executive Director of Customer and Operational Services at Wandle, who will be sharing the organisation’s experience of the further investigation and the learning that has come from it.

Francis will discuss some of Wandle’s reflections, including themes around complaint culture, approaches to redress and how the organisation is using the learning from this process to strengthen policies and practice more widely. He’ll also talk about how learning is being embedded more widely, beyond individual cases.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
