Join us for this free webinar hosted by our Centre for Learning for social housing landlords. This session is part of our ‘learning from complaints’ series.
We’re delighted to be joined by Abri, a housing association based in the south of England. They will share their learning following our finding of severe maladministration.

- the role of their Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC)
