Landlord forum with Mid Devon Housing and Thirteen Housing Group

Hosted by the Housing Ombudsman Service’ Centre for Learning, join Mid Devon Housing and Thirteen Housing Group at our first landlord forum of the year.

This session has a focus on damp and mould and is a forum for member landlords to learn and share some of the good practice happening in the sector.

During the first half of the forum, attendees will hear from Mid Devon Housing who will discuss:

• providing training and tools to create multi-disciplinary teams
• meaningful data collection – where data is best collected and what to do with it
• environmental monitoring case studies and reflections

The second half of the forum will be led by Thirteen Housing Group and focus on:

• Thirteen: Who we are
• a review of learnings from complaints and our customer feedback log with a case study
• where we are now

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each presentation.
