Annual complaint handling and service improvement report webinar – Landlords with less than 1000 homes
Within the new Complaint Handling Code and self-assessment there is now a mandatory requirement to complete an annual complaint handling and service improvement report.
Within this webinar we will share the requirements of the annual report, setting out clearly what must be included. We will pose some key questions that landlords may wish to consider when planning their report, as well as giving landlords the opportunity to ask further questions and signposting attendees to helpful information we have published about knowledge and information management.
