MRC Connect: MRC POV Linda Levin

We’ve gathered Member Responsible for Complaints from different sizes and types of landlords to answer the questions you’ve never asked and share their unique experience.  

In these 45-minute sessions we’ll take questions from the audience as well as pre-submitted questions. If you have been wondering how things work for MRCs in organisations similar to yours, sign up for the session you’d like to attend.  

Once you’ve registered, you can submit questions in advance and we’ll select a representative sample to be asked live.  

This session will be with Linda Levin – ED/MRC, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing:

43 years of experience working in the housing sector, with particular experience in customer engagement and empowerment, housing management and investment, strategy, governance and risk. As well as holding senior roles and several NED roles in the sector, Linda was a housing consultant for 13 years. She is now semi-retired and is an NED and the MRC at RBH.
