Learning from further investigations Insight report webinar

Join us for this one-hour webinar exploring the findings from our Insight report on Learning from further investigations, published in June 2026.

Where recurring service failings are identified, we work with landlords to understand the root causes. These further investigations are designed to improve landlord accountability for delivering better services and helping to prevent complaints.

This webinar will explore how we arrived at our findings in four common areas of systemic failure: repairs, complaints, record keeping and governance.

 Who should attend?

The session is aimed at landlord staff with managerial and strategic responsibilities. Operational staff will also benefit by learning how front-line data and intelligence can contribute to organisational objectives.

What you will learn

  • how multiple sources of evidence can be used together to identify opportunities for systemic improvement
  • how our Insight and Systemic team carries out systemic investigations
  • how we can support landlords to strengthen service delivery

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

You can book your place on this workshop via the Learning Hub.
