Following an investigation about a complaint in our formal remit, our determination (case ref 202012898) ordered Evolve Housing + Support to pay the resident concerned £300 compensation. We had issued a complaint handling failure order for not providing evidence of compliance with this order and, due to a technical issue, we did not receive the evidence so reported it as non-compliance. We amended the quarterly report accordingly.
Following this correction, the landlord has submitted further information that was sent to us but we did not receive which shows that it paid the compensation to the resident. This confirms compliance with the order on our determination. We apologise to Evolve and have withdrawn the complaint handling failure order. We have also updated our quarterly report to remove Evolve Housing + Support.
