Housing Ombudsman Service holds regional discussion forums for landlords

Regional landlord discussion forum on Complaint Handling Code, Failure Orders and Self-Assessment Process

We are holding a series of virtual regional forums for landlords throughout 2021. These forums will give landlords the opportunity to hear from the Housing Ombudsman’s experts about complaint handling best practice and give landlords a chance to discuss and share insights and learning.

What to expect:

  • Complaint Handling Failure Orders – purpose and Ombudsman expectations
  • Self-Assessment Process – purpose and Ombudsman expectations
  • Case studies, discussions and Q&As

The dates are:

West Midlands Virtual Forum: Tuesday 2 March 10:30 AM                

Eastern Region Virtual Forum: Thursday 11 March 2:30 PM

South West Region Virtual Forum: Thursday 18 March 2:30 PM

East Midlands Virtual Forum: Wednesday 24 March, 10:30AM
