We hope you like the new look to the website and the improved navigation that will help you to find the information you want more easily. It provides clearer signposting and information for our two key user groups – residents and landlords.
We have also made changes to our online complaint form so users can now upload documents when they submit their complaint. Our case studies section now includes a search function to look for particular categories of complaint and/or examples of cases at the different stages of our process.
We will be continuing to develop the website providing more information such as additional case studies and new material to support landlords and residents in dispute resolution and to share our learning.
