We cannot consider every complaint referred to us.
If it has been 12 months or more since your landlord issued its stage 2 (final) response to your complaint, we will not be able to consider it for investigation.
We will only consider a complaint about an issue that has been through both stages of a landlord’s complaints process.
If your landlord resolved the issues before but they have returned after the stage 2 response, you can submit a new complaint. Contact your landlord to report the problem again and start the complaints process.
