Meet the Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman wants to be open and accessible and engage widely with both residents and landlords to share knowledge and learning

About Meet the Ombudsman events

Our 'Meet the Ombudsman' events are hosted by member landlords. They are an important part of raising awareness and understanding of our service among residents. The events offer residents a forum to directly ask the Ombudsman questions about the service and what we do.

Our aim is to reach as many residents of scheme member landlords as possible - including tenants, leaseholders, and local authority residents.

Watch the video from a recent Meet the Ombudsman with Islington Council to find out more about what you can expect when attending or hosting an event.
