Training and events

We deliver a range of training webinars and discussion forums to share learning and best practice in complaint handling across the sector. These events are delivered by the Housing Ombudsman’s expert trainers and they focus on a range of common complaint handling themes. We also partner with other organisations such as TPAS and HQN who help us promote and deliver our training.
