The webinar is hosted by the Centre for Learning and is part of the ‘learning from complaints’ series.
In this session we will be joined by Aster a housing association based in the south of England and London.
Aster featured in our Annual Complaints Review 2024-25 had 11% reduction in their maladministration rate.
They will be talking about learning from complaint cases and the steps the organisation has taken to reduce the maladministration rate.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
