Workshop on antisocial behaviour with Resolve ASB
We are running webinars on antisocial behaviour in partnership with Resolve ASB. These interactive workshops will focus on case studies of antisocial behaviour complaints that we have investigated at the Housing Ombudsman Service and will provide valuable insight and learning opportunities in this complex area of complaint management. This webinar will be hosted by our Sector Development expert aim to at train and equipping landlords to understand good practice and approaches in handling antisocial behaviour.
