Annual Complaints Review 2024-25 webinar
Join us for the Annual Complaints Review 2024-25 webinar on Wednesday 12 November at 10am to 11am.
We will be discussing the findings and lessons from the report from the 7,082 determinations we made between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025, a 30% increase from 2023-24.
