How to access a saved complaint form

If you selected ‘save for later’ on the online form, we’ll send you an email with a link to return to your saved answers. Use that link to reopen the form.

The link lasts for 14 days. If you do not finish and submit the form within 14 days, we’ll delete your saved information. You will then need to start a new form.

We cannot resend the email because the system creates it automatically when you save your form.

If you cannot find the email, you’ll need to start a new online complaint form.
