Do you know that we publish a quarterly Insight report? These reports highlight where lessons can be learned for landlords and residents in a variety of instances. Use these reports to educate colleagues on the prominent issues that are arising in the sector and inform your practices.
Complaint Handling Failure Order reports
In addition to our Insight report, every quarter we release the Complaint Handling Failure Order report which looks at how many Complaint Handling Failure Orders (CHFOs) we have issued with a full breakdown of landlords responsible.
Special investigation reports
We produce special reports where we have used our systemic powers (under paragraph 49 of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme) to conduct a further investigation beyond an initial complaint that may indicate wider service failure.
Spotlight on... reports
Our Spotlight reports concentrate on an area of service provision that we see a high amount of failure in through our casework. They examine the issues within this theme and set out recommendations.
Centre for Learning
The Centre for Learning is a space where members landlords can network, share, learn and improve understanding. It is home to a range of high quality and accessible tools, documentation, and learning from across the sector. Find good practice examples, e-learning, microlearning, webinars, videos, toolkits, podcasts and more.
We are also a member of CPD.uk so we are accrediting our learning offer, meaning landlords can demonstrate to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) that you are investing in the professional development of your staff.
