Complaints and customer engagement masterclass for staff and tenants

We are working in partnership with Tpas to provide this practical masterclass to help both residents and landlords to resolve complaints more effectively. The session covers the complaints essentials such as landlords procedures and the role of the Ombudsman, as well as using real life case studies to examine how engaging customers in complaints handling can deliver better outcomes. There will also be opportunity to network and share best practice with other residents and colleagues.
