New September dates set for Complaint Handling Code webinars

We have added new webinar dates on the Complaint Handling code for September

A further series of webinars on our new Complaint Handling Code is set for September.  The Code provides a framework for effective complaint resolution by landlords and helps to create a positive complaint handling culture for the benefit of both landlord staff and residents.

As well as setting out expectations for boards, senior executives and frontline staff, the Code will help residents in knowing what to expect from their landlord when they make a complaint and how to progress their complaint.

We have added three webinars taking place in September, including one aimed at residents:

  • 16 September
  • 24 September
  • 30 September (residents’ session)
