Did you know that complaints about day-to-day repairs make up a third of the complaints we receive each year?
In March, our “Spotlight on… complaints about repairs” report revealed that we received over 3,000 repairs complaints last year. To help landlords to resolve these complaints quickly and efficiently, we’ve partnered with HQN to host a series of workshops focused on repairs.
At the interactive sessions, our expert trainers will cover:
- How we investigate complaints at the Housing Ombudsman Service
- Preventing common problems
- Understanding responsibilities
- Closing complaints early
- Better record keeping
Drawing on best practice in dispute resolution based on our casework knowledge and experience, and using real case studies, landlords will come away feeling better equipped to deal with repair complaints. There will also be the opportunity to network with other landlords.
