Annual Reports
The Service publishes an annual report where the Ombudsman explores topical issues, provides a digest of cases to illustrate the work done in the previous period, and the company makes available financial and administrative information.

Please note that these files are very large and that, depending on the speed of your Internet connection, they make time a little while to download. We have a limited number of hard copies of the latest annual report; if you wish to get one let us know.
