We have a number of leaflets and documents about the Service in languages other than English, and in Braille and Large Print. You can access some of them from the Relevant documents section on the right.
Please contact us if you need communication support for making a complaint to the Ombudsman. We can interpret and translate into any language represented in the tenancies in our jurisdiction. We also have a Minicom telephone number and may be able to assist you with other needs which
help you deal with the Service.
